The Adjustable Aqua Bar Bells were designed to enable the user to adjust the resistance to their liking. The aqua bar bell can be set at three different resistance levels - minimum, medium, and maximum. The aqua bar bell resistance level is changed by adding to or taking away bells. The aqua bar bells are made from closed cell foam, and are latex free.
