Shipping is via USPS, FED EX or UPS.
Shipping rates are system calculated for shipping within the continental US. Shipments outside the continental US (Hawaii. Alaska, etc) have additional cost. Please email admin@toystoreexpress.com for quote information if needed.
US SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES
Shipping charges are determined according to a schedule that considers zone, girth and weight. The shipping rate is provided with each order at the time of check out (step 3 order review) prior to your acceptance and sending your order. We want you to know before transmitting your order in. No surprises!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may choose any of the following options: Major Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. We do not ship COD orders.
INQUIRIES
Please allow 10 business days for order follow up. Most of our shipping is by FedEx or UPS ground. Shipping time frames vary depending where the merchandise is being shipped to. On average it generally is between three and seven days after order processing and fulfillment. If a shorter time frame is needed please notate on your order your need. We have found it is better to have your order received in time, eliminating further followup on your or our part. Our goal is to meet your expectations. Overnight and two day rates are generally cost prohibitive-sometimes costing more than the merchandise.
RETURNS
We stand behind the merchandise we sell. We carry only quality products from reputable firms that meet our criterion. We are sure you will be happy with your purchases. We want you to be satisified.
You may return any new unopened item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost. Email for a return authorization number. Packages arriving without an authorization number will be refused.
Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement only. All shipping costs must be prepaid. Ship USPS, UPS or FED EX ground.
If package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify FedEx, UPS or THE US Post Office immediately, who will inspect the package and return it at no expense to you.
