The adjustable aqua ankle weights are cushioned and very comfortable. The ankle weights are adjustable, with steel inserts that fit into pockets. Each weight insert is .5 lbs. Adjustment can be made in each ankle weight giving you the opportunity to put the desired weight on each ankle up to 2.5 lbs. The aqua adjustable weight is an all pro quality weight.
